We rent private, exclusive or shared parts of our accommodation houses, such as apartments.
• El Balcó de Miravet: 2 people
• Palau de Miravet: 10 people

Reservations
– Rates: between €80* and €180/night
* Depending on the number of nights and overnight stays.
– Minimum stay: 2 days. If you accept reservations for one night, two will be charged.
– Check-in: 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
– Check-out: until 11:00 am
• Payment: bank deposit of the total or a deposit of €150 or €180, depending on the reservation, and the rest in cash at the time of check-in.
• Tourist tax aside.

We do not accept minors
because the facilities are not adapted.
We do not allow pets
Reduce the use of perfumes or cosmetics. We value the natural and sustainable environment of the house.
Respect silence and tranquility. We recommend putting mobile devices on silent between 11 pm and 9 am
Cancellation
– Cancellation: up to 7 days before (return of the total).
* Cancellations within the last 6 days involve the charge of one night (€150 / €180 depending on the reservation made).
The rest of the considerations are in accordance with Decree 5/2020 of August 4 on Tourism in Catalonia.
In case of cancellation, once they have stayed, overnight nights are charged.
Date changes are considered cancellations and new reservation.
Acceptance of terms and conditions for the use of our accommodation facilities
1. It is the obligation of every guest and visitor to abide by all relevant safety rules and to handle themselves in our facilities with due care and safety.
2. Our accommodations are not responsible for guests and visitors outside our facilities, whether due to theft or personal damage.
3. As additional services, our company can provide, if requested by our guests, services such as taxis, transportation of people and luggage, tours to different places, but the guest must take into account that these are not services provided directly by the accommodations and They are part of an additional service for our clients, therefore we are not responsible for any type of eventuality.
4. All belongings or valuables must be kept and taken care of by our guests. We are not responsible for the loss or damage that belongings may suffer due to distraction, loss, theft or misuse.
5. Our accommodations do not offer restaurant service, in case this type of service is required from a third party, the consumption will be the direct responsibility of the guest.
6. The guest must immediately report to the host any damage or damage to the property, this to prevent them from suffering any damage. We are not responsible for the use of damaged items or facilities that have not been reported for review or repair.
7. It is not allowed to invite and/or temporarily or permanently accommodate strangers without reservation. If due to this situation our guests suffer any material (theft) or personal damage, they are not our responsibility and if our facilities are damaged or our property is lost, the guest must cover these damages.
By staying at the Balcón de Miravet and at the Palau de Miravet you accept all the terms and conditions described above.

Una paz , tranquilidad,naturaleza y unas vistas inigualables, y como no , esta gran persona que es Aurelio , que está hay para todo lo que necesites en cualquier momento. No subo ninguna foto para que visitéis la página web del palau , que muestra realmente , como es todo. Os recomiendo que lo comprobéis personalmente y visitéis este lugar de cuento.
