How to get to Miravet
By car
By the national road N420 or the AP7, A7 or N340, along the coast, to Hospitalet de l’Infant and continue towards Mora (C44 and C12).

Taxt services
In Miravet there are two taxi services that offer arranged trips, transfers to ports, stations and airports, excursions and routes.
It can be requested for pick-ups at the train station in Móra la Nova or to go up to the castle (groups).

Arriving and parking
Leave your car in the parking lot and discover Miravet on foot.
Access to the entire historic center of Cap de la Vila is prohibited except for neighbors and services.
Coming from Móra-Benissanet, you will find the parking in battery indecated on the road next to the pier, the river and the whole historical complex, accessible on foot and very close.
People with reduced mobility or accessibility problems (wheelchairs) can go up to the castle by car.
You can go up to the castle on foot visiting the Cap de la Vila. It is healthier and you will enjoy the views and the site.
Entering the village, on the left hand side, the public parking is indicated: Camí de les Illetes.

It is forbidden to access/park in the Plaça del Arenal, except for residents amd neighbors.
Prohibition Historical C.
It is strictly forbidden to enter the old town (historical site) except for neighbors and services.
Avoid traffic inside the town.
Respect no trespassing and ford signs.

Arriving by the ferry
Enter Miravet through the Pas de Barca is a unique experience.
Arriving by the C-12 we find this original ferry without engine that welcomes us to Miravet and allows us to cross the river on its llaüts, joined by a platform, being the last vestige of river navigation in the Ebro.
A trip back in time while we enjoy a quiet crossing contemplating the majesty of this great river and its splendid riverside forest, with the castle in the background, imposing.
This unique trip is well worth about 3€, which by no means compensates for the hard work of the boatman, a job that requires patience and expertise.
Be careful with the schedule. In case of being closed (red flag) you must turn around through Móra d’Ebre, Benissanet to Miravet.
It is open all year round from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:00 to 6:00 pm in winter, and from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm in summer
